If you feel you have any Acting, Dancing, Singing or Musical ability why not audition for one of our future productions.

But it doesn't all take place on the stage!
Without Scenery, Props, Costumes and a Backstage Team a show doesn't get off the ground. The Lowestoft Players are always looking for assistance in the above areas of the performing arts. Even if you feel you can't act or sing you could still be of great benefit to us and future productions.

If you are interested in joining the Players just fill in the feedback form and someone will make contact very soon.

Membership is currently only £11.00 per year (£5.50 for anybody that's unemployed, disabled, retired or is a student) and it's a great way of socialising and making new friends.

Scenery & Props
Monday and Friday evenings sees our Headquarters in Stadbroke Road, Lowestoft transformed into a Theatre Workshop where our members spend their time making scenery and props for our forthcoming productions. You really don't need to be an expert and help is always on hand.

Costumes
Our Pantomimes and Musicals have always been praised for their colourful and outrageous costumes and these have usually been made in-house by a small group of dedicated and very talented members.

If you can use a needle and thread and can spare a few hours a week to help make costumes for our future productions why not fill in the feedback form and we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Backstage
The performers of all our Pantomimes and Musicals depend ona very reliable Backstage Team who, under the direction of a Stage Manager, control the scene changes, lighting, sound, props, continuity and special effects.
Without them the show would not go on.
